You know the ones I’m talking about so there is no need for me to go into any detail. The buyer already knows that he has the upper hand. No need to make it painfully obvious to him. You need to deal from a position of strength, not weakness. And yes, you can do it. It’s all in the way you present your ad and yourself when showing the house.

That’s the next thing. Start showing off your house yourself. You don’t need your realtor to do this. I mean for crying out loud, who knows your home better than you do? Be proud of it. And when you do show it off, don’t walk around with your head hung low telling the prospect how tough things have been. Walk around with your head held high and tell the prospect that you’re sure this house is going to go fast.
